All items are handmade (with good vibes) in the USA, to order. Please allow 1-8 business days for your order to ship.
Please take care when entering your shipping address as we are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address.
RETURNS
We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of the delivery arrival date. Because of the handmade nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for products outside of this time frame.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Before making a return please email adrianapappasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns postmarked outside of the 7-day window will not be accepted. We suggest adding insurance to your return, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspection based on the condition of the return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items cannot be returned.
HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR JEWELRY
Avoid wearing your jewelry in the ocean, shower, or pool and limit contact with water, perfumes, oils and lotions.
To preserve the quality, please be gentle with your items and store in a safe, dry place when not wearing.
